Mike Leazer is dedicated to the transformative power of faith in sports. His journey with FCA began in 2007 after transitioning from coaching basketball to ministry, taking him from roles in South Carolina to his current leadership in East Cobb, Georgia. Mike’s mission aligns with FCA's vision: "To see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes," and its goal of guiding every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
Under Mike's leadership, FCA Atlanta has flourished, reaching deeper into the community. Mike’s approach to ministry focuses on authentic discipleship, tackling relevant issues such as anxiety, performance pressure, and keeping Christ at the center of one’s life.
Mike's passion for ministry is deeply rooted in his family life. He and his wife, Brittany Leazer, are proud parents to their three children: oldest daughter Riley-Anne, and two sons, Nolen and Rowan. Their family's support and shared commitment to faith play a crucial role in Mike's journey with FCA, guiding him as he leads others to a deeper relationship with Christ.
